Compliance Colleague for consultancies
Add a standard to your service line without a senior hire, and take on more assessments with the consultants you already have. Compliance Colleague answers from the standard’s own text and cites the clause behind every point, across PCI DSS, the EU AI Act, CMMC and 30+ more.

What it does for a consultancy
- Add a standard without a senior hire. A consultant who knows one framework well can work in a second one from its own text, with the clause cited, and check every point against the source.
- More assessments with the same consultants. The slow part of an assessment is finding the clause that answers the question and showing where the evidence falls short. Compliance Colleague does that part quickly, with the source cited so it can be checked.
- Review client documents against the standard. Upload a client’s policies, spreadsheets such as risk registers and control matrices, and network or data-flow diagrams. Each gap is shown with the clause it fails and the fix.
- Crosswalk any two standards. See where a control a client already has covers both, and where it does not.
- Excel gap registers. Export the findings to Excel and work from them with the client, or drop them into your own templates.
Your consultants’ judgment and sign-off stay with them. Compliance Colleague is a research aid for the people doing the assessment, not a substitute for them, and not legal advice.
What a seat is worth: an example
Illustrative example, not a measured result
One consultant saves 4 hours on one assessment. At $150 an hour, that is $600 of consultant time back to spend on the next client.
4 hours × $150 = $600 of capacity, against one $89 seat for the month.
Your hours and rates will differ. The pilot is the way to measure them on your own work.
